Canceling an order after the payment is received will incur a 10% processing fee.
If a custom product has been built but has not yet been shipped, the fee is 20%.
If the order has already been shipped, the customer must return the product at their expense, the fee is 20% and the original shipping costs ARE NOT refunded.
